Midwest Products Online Customer Loyalty Program

  1. Registration in the program is automatic once the customer has registered on www.midwestproducts.com
  2. Only purchases made through www.midwestproducts.com qualify for the loyalty program.
  3. A credit equal to 5% of the NET retail purchase price (excluding any discounts, shipping and handling charges) rounded up to the nearest whole penny will be automatically applied to the customer’s account. This loyalty program credit will appear as a credit to the customer’s account within 72 hours after the order has shipped.
  4. Loyalty program credit will automatically be applied to any future purchase made through www.midwestproducts.com at the time of checkout and applied to the merchandise value of this future order.
  5. Loyalty program credits can only be used against merchandise value and not applied to any applicable shipping and handling charges. Customer would be responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.
  6. The loyalty program credit has no cash value beyond this program and is not redeemable for cash.
  7. This program can end at any time with 30 days notice. Any credits outstanding after the 30 day notice would be forfeited.
  8. This program is subject to change at the discretion of Midwest Products Co., Inc located in Hobart, Indiana at any time.
  9. Customer credits as well as all other customer information will comply with the privacy statement located at http://www.midwestproducts.com/privacy-statement.aspx
